From the guidelines of the urban project of Atelier 2/3/4, the principle of individualization of the 50 housing units is developed in this project.
The open island-type ground plan allows housing with multiple orientations, deep exterior extensions, qualitative common spaces: all the living rooms are at an angle with at least 2 orientations, all the kitchens are lit in the first day, the common areas are naturally lit.

Lot F1, divided into two buildings A and B, occupies the northern corner of the second phase of the ZAC. The volumes are fragmented by the interplay of faults and create favorable conditions for the quality of view and use of the exterior spaces of the housing. This project in RT2012, integrates from the outset the specific HQE prescriptions of the developer Essone Aménagement in order to ensure the optimization of surfaces based on a technical artery grouping the wet rooms.
It is a calm, well-kept architecture that weaves multiple dialogues of exchanges and scales, visually divides the green interior courtyards, projects and expresses the individuality of the accommodation.

Lot E2, taken between neighboring lots, directly faces the park planned as part of the development, and thereby to the Seine further away. Its second facade, which occupies the entire depth of the plot, turns towards the railway tracks.
