Construction in place of an existing garage for a mixed-use housing complex at the corner of rue de Meaux and rue Armand Carrel in the 19th arrondissement of Paris:

– A shop and early childhood equipment on the ground floor

– Social housing in the form of a student accommodation hostel with 96 rooms

– Home ownership housing composed of a building on R + 9 street of 47 housing units of varying types (from studios to 5P), a set of 4 workshop houses in R + 3 strip in the heart of the block.
