Construction of a mixed BBC building bringing together accommodation, inter-company restaurant, permanent contract, office space and parking. The Accommodation Center, supported by the Chamber of Trades, announces the entire ZAC and implicitly assumes a role of showcase. It is a unitary and compact R + 2 building over the long length of the land, bringing together users and the public in a unifying system that is both transparent and open, but whose “porosity” is controlled and where 9m thick can accommodate both apprentice rooms and office spaces.
