This office building, built in 1990 Boulevard Davout in Paris 20 ° in a slab town planning approach, has been transformed into a student residence with 290 apartments and shops, taking advantage of a magnificent location along the T3.
Following as closely as possible the existing structure, the architecture evolves to break the tertiary image and restore a scale of housing, rediscover the domestic urbanity of the HBMs of the boulevards des Maréchaux.
