This 50-meter-high, anti-vibration building above the small belt is the entrance gate to the ZAC Chapelle International from the Porte de la Chapelle.
It combines a residence for students and researchers with 240 housing units and 70 social rental apartments.
Above the double-height plinth, a benchmark for low-rise urban planning (Soho, etc.) in the active place, the facades stand out according to the orientations and distant views (Sacré Coeur, Saint-Denis Cathedral, Romainville tower, …).
