Construction of two collectives, townhouses for social rental use and mixed structure for autistic people for Essonne Habitat and townhouses for homeownership for Icade on the A3 central and western blocks of the Portes de Bondoufle ZAC. The A3 West block is structured by households graduated from R + 1 to R + 2 on a semi-underground parking plinth, distributed along the street to form a breathable alignment by large East-West openings on the future park urban area that protects homes from noise pollution.
The A3 Center islet is a neighborhood of houses whose main gardens come together to form a heart of greenery in the center of the islet crossed by pedestrian paths.
