ZAC Pajol – IUT Paris 7 Diderot

Reconversion of the former NMPP hall, former SNCF depot, located in the ZAC Pajol in the 18th arrondissement of Paris on the edge of the Gare de l’Est tracks to accommodate a new IUT for the University Paris 7. An atrium is created in the building by emptying the central grid of the building, all the premises then being naturally lit by the side windows on the facade side, and on the interior side by the created atrium. In contrast to the liberation of the structure, a new core is built which concentrates all the fixed necessities (technical, safety, etc.) of the project.
