The land is now occupied by an office building, the Parisian headquarters of MAIF.
The project provides for the redevelopment and elevation of this building. The upgraded offices are part of a housing program that extends from R + 3 to R + 5. The old underground car park has been transformed into noble premises.
The operation also aims to thermally improve the existing envelope by replacing the joinery, and restore its initial consistency to the existing building by renovating / restoring the facades and their modenatures. The raised volume is based on the framework of the existing building, with a predominantly metallic materiality which underlines the differentiation of the building material from the existing one.
