The measured sizes and the strong landscape orientation of the project set the conditions for the choice of the way of living.

Rue St Léger, the townhouses sequenced in two blocks on either side of the East / West crossing, superimpose two housing units per frame. On the ground floor, single-storey accommodation is developed, distributed by a garden from the heart of the block. On this plinth we put houses on two levels, directly accessible from rue St Léger. These 12 individual dwellings all have two opposing orientations.

At the back of the plot, at the interface with the lower part of the Coteau du Bel Air, the two collective housing plots are leaned against the slope. The current floor is organized into 4 and 5 housing units in the cage, and provides two corner units facing each other on either side of the crossing.

The housing operation combines wood with concrete. A concrete base on the ground floor, adorned with light-colored terracotta tiles, and light wood-frame facades, adorned with a rhythm of larch battens for all the upper levels.
