Construction of 160 housing units including 100 PLS, 30 for social housing, 30 for free access, 234 parking spaces, and landscaping of the Maison Verte site. To open up the site, the building fringe on the southern hillside is converted into urban villas crossing between the rue de Saint-Léger and a wide green flow taking the old course of the ru de Buzot. The steep slope of the land is used to create a parking plinth bordered by townhouses that open onto the planted plain. The small residential buildings are made up of a garden city, freeing up public passages and private courtyards serving the halls.
