Construction of a real estate complex comprising a hotel residence with 135 rooms, a private student residence with 279 rooms, a residence for young workers with 110 rooms, shops, a parking lot.
Bordering 146 meters on the railway platform of the Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est, this split-up building reconstructed and protected the public space of rue Gaston Tessier, opened up by the construction of the new Rosa Parks station.
