The project rue Jean Mermoz in Saint Germain-en-Laye in Yvelines is part of a plot of 3,624 m2, 90m deep, adjoining a chapel belonging to the Diocesan Association of Versailles.
The program brings together a set of 51 home ownership units, 17 social housing units and 2 basement levels.
This program is spread over 2 new buildings (R + 2 and R + 4) and in 3 existing renovated pavilions which are organized around gardens overlooking the apse of the neighboring church.
As an extension of the project, the development of a side square to the church is being considered in order to enhance the urban ensemble.
