Real estate development is organizing the entrance to the Saint Quentin en Yvelines velodrome site: it brings together two student residences (a social residence with 300 housing units and a private residence with 190 housing units), a residence for young workers with 181 housing units, a residence for researchers with 140 housing units. The mix of presences creates an urban fabric of meeting around strong public spaces. The buildings are oriented towards the wide views of the landscaped plain which descends towards the central lake of the leisure center.
Urban planning is dense, clear, founder of environmental quality.
