With 214 rooms, 34 of which are dedicated to Alzheimer’s patients, the retirement home has a surface area of 14,200 m2, all on the ground floor in order to fight against dependence and allow easy walking, with level access. in the 3 ha park.
The temperate forum to the south, a veritable covered pedestrian street, offers a variety of services such as a cafeteria, a shop, a hairdressing salon, a post office, entertainment and catering venues.
The accommodation units are distributed in petals over the park and facing east / west. Alongside this large distribution, a central mall for residents and staff crosses all the accommodation offering a wide stroll intersected with lounges, resting embrasures, etc., overlooking the interior gardens of the rooms.
Transversely, interior alleys radiate from the forum to distribute shelters.
