Design – construction of 72 housing units with 288 rooms (shared accommodation) on the site of the La Salle Polytechnic Institute campus, welcoming 1,800 students.
The 4 buildings of 18 apartments each are set out in combs radiating on either side of the main street, opening spaces in between, into which gardens are inserted.
The accommodations are designed around a common functional unit: front living room / kitchen / study.
