Complete renovation of the Cambrai theater built in 1925: hall with 750 seats (with variable acoustics designed to accommodate classical events up to variety and amplified music), conservatory, dance halls, converted Dimière barn. Rehearsal and educational rooms are created in addition to the scenic installations, so that the city can use this equipment as a pivot of its cultural policy.
