This 119-unit home ownership construction project is located on the edge of the state forest and is organized around the heart of an island, a major clearing garden, a common space for conviviality and shared uses.
The inner gardens of the block distribute the “households” of superimposed individuals and the halls crossing the three bodies of collective buildings broken down into ample steps, freely offset from the R + 3, where the views escape above the floors. households, towards the forest.
The project is the assembly of recognizable individuals around a common shared purpose: to live in a park, along a forest. As such, the fragmentation of volumes prevents the monolithic perception of the island from the public space.
