If the volume of the project follows the size constraints due to a &#8220;strip&#8221; plot, it nevertheless gives the possibility of offering a very composed architecture, imbued with the Parisian spirit:<br \/>\n&#8211; On the street, with a R + 6 building, where the ground floor and the penthouse +7 are clearly marked.<br \/>\n&#8211; On the courtyard, a low R + 3 double-height workshop building uses the depth of the plot and rests on the long neighboring gable.<br \/>\n&#8211; A staple at + 2 \/ + 3 links the workshop building on the courtyard to the North building, very vertical and thin, which seeks the adhesion of the neighboring R + 10, to connect to it and hide the solid face.<br \/>\nThree built volumes, whose heights meet each other, are made up around two gardens crossed by a general alley.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construction of 52 free-access housing.
