The street building strictly follows the rule of alignment with a classic Parisian composition:<br \/>\n&#8211; a commercial base to establish continuity in the commercial sequence on the ground floor,<br \/>\n&#8211; the pedestrian and car accesses are marked by grids in plant motifs which give deep views of the plot and its garden in the ground,<br \/>\n&#8211; a 4-storey building on the street: a metal bow window protrudes to increase the stays of the apartments and capture the south and the north, thus radically transforming the mono-oriented character of the housing on the street.<br \/>\n&#8211; a recessed attic floor and a wide curved zinc roof marking the living space.<br \/>\n&#8211; the courtyard building, located flush with the rear aedificandi area, consists of east and west apartments, plus a small extension, very slim, facing south and east on beautiful gardens.<br \/>\nThe articulation of the two main buildings creates a clear, framed pedestrian circulation, bordered on both sides by gardens and planted blocks.<br \/>\nThis depth of the plot is noticeable from the street through the very open access ground floor porch.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The land at 107 rue Haxo is a strip plot of a little less than 15m wide, facing east-west, on which 54 housing units for social housing and a shop are built.
